We at fixzone offer a favorable price guarantee for our repairs. This means that if you find the same product for repair that we offer at a lower price, we will match that price. Nice isn’t it? To take advantage of our price guarantee, you only present the lower price that you found with our competitor at the time of purchase to our salesperson or service technician.

The following conditions apply:

  1. The product must be of the same brand and model
  2. Be able to present documentation of the lower price
  3. The product must be in the competitor’s stock and available for purchase
  4. Any shipping costs are included in the total price
  5. The purchase must be able to be made on equivalent terms in geographically close stores (max 5km)
    1. For example, work during stock clearance, or opening offers at competitors do not apply.
  6.  You need to show our salesperson or service technician the lower price of the competitor
  7. Our matching applies to competitors active and registered in Sweden.
